implement auto update #4

It would be cool if the workflow can auto update.

Should be fixed with https://github.com/Wayneoween/alfred-dndbeyond-monster-workflow/commit/3fcfd9ba386c0697c411b95a8c7407090a6bf10f but I am not 100% sure if it works by itself.

Can be triggered manually with ddb workflow:update.
