Request/Suggestion: Sigil infusion (with Demonic Will?) #1340

Issue Description:

Rituals can be infused, so why not Sigils?

Suggestion:

Logical streamlining of the upgrades. For example:

Raw decreases cost/gives logical functionality/increases duration (for example: Water and Lava Sigil consistent with Rituals (need Raw upgrade to be able to insert into tanks))
Destructive increases area/power of the effect
Vengeful increases frequency/??
Corrosive gives interesting functionality/extra effects (for example: Water Sigil -> Ice, Lava Sigil -> Obsidian?)
