Tick acceleration dupes sigils/living armour #1744

Issue Description:

When using a wand of acceleration on a alchemy Array while crafting something such as living armour or a sigil it dupes the output

What happens:

Animation starts wand of acceleration is used lots of lightening and lots of items spew out after the craft has finished

What you expected to happen:

Crafting process to be faster but only receive the intended amount of items

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Place down arcane ash to make alchemy array
  2. Add reagent and catalyst
  3. While the crafting animation is playing use a powered (in my case set to fastest) wand of acceleration on the alchemy array

Affected Versions (Do not use "latest"):

Just to make certain, what mod is this Wand from?

I had the same thing happen to me while crafting living armour training bracelets. The wand is from Not Enough Wands.
