lack of interaction for Crystaline Resonator #1756

Issue Description: There is no locatable crafting recipe for the Crystaline Resonator although the item does appear when looking through the Blood magic book

What happens: there is no crafting recipe and no information about the more power item

What you expected to happen: to find either a crafting recipe or another method of making the item

Steps to reproduce:

look in the book where it speaks of Ore processing or select the item in the Just Enough Items mod
...

Affected Versions (Do not use "latest"):

BloodMagic: 1.16.3-3.0.5-10
Minecraft: 1.16.4
Forge: 35.1.37

Hey there, I'm afraid to say that the Crystalline Resonator is Not Yet Implemented. (Not fully, at least!) We've not decided on a recipe for it yet, but it's functionality is all coded in, hence why it shows up in recipes and in the manual. I'm afraid the answer is just to be patient, it'll come out soon enough!
