Issue Description:

Can't harvest blocks anymore

What happens:

When destroying a block, no items are dropped

What you expected to happen:

Items to be dropped

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Use tool
  2. Hit block
  3. No stonks + Error: https://pastebin.com/3a2AuDM2

Affected Versions (Do not use "latest"):

Silent Gear Axe and Fists have the same problem

Why do they call the Looting event on breaking a block? That's silly...

Downgraded to 3.0.5-10, which doesn't seem to have the issue

I have a similar issue, but for me MC just randomly crashes with a ticking world.
