The various HUDs can be moved around and will retain their new positions relative to the screen size.
Since those HUDs are fixed size you cannot align them in a way that makes it look the same on all screen sizes.
What happens:
Aligning the HUDs in fullscreen mode makes them overlap in windowed mode and aligning them in windowed mode makes the HUDs have a noticeably bigger gap between them.
What you expected to happen:
Aligning the HUDs in one mode makes them be aligned in all other modes as well
Steps to reproduce:
Shift + right-click to open the HUD edit screen
Align one HUD element with another
Press F11 or change the window size with any other means
