JEI Recipe Improvements #1994

Added text around the arrow to the Alchemy Table, Hellfire Forge, and Blood Altar to hint to players that there is a tooltip.

All of them have "Info" under the arrow.
Alchemy Table has "LP" above the arrow.
Hellfire Forge has "Will" above the arrow.

Adjusted the Blood Altar's recipe view in various ways.

Removed text shadows for Tier and LP numbers. This makes them easier to read.
Added comma thousands separator to the LP Number.
Moved the Tooltip, which used to be on the Altar graphic itself, to the arrow to match other such tooltips.
