Update config setup

• All fields needed by wp-placeables are now defined on each item in the Config.PlaceableProps list
  • You no longer need to define these extra fields on the items.lua table
  • This should fix the bug with ESX not getting the correct data (due to previously trying to access items from the Core object)
• Update readme instructions
• Bumped version 1.0.2
• Removed firework props from the config (these will get added in by people who have wp-fireworks, but dont need to be checked into the default props)
