Add support for OX Lib scripts #9

Overview

Added additional Config variables to provide more granular support for the various scripts that might be used.
- Added: Target, Inventory, Progressbar, Log
OX support is now added for ox-inventory, ox-target, and ox-progressbar
Added missing image for the shoppingcart

Testing

Tested on a fresh QB server with OX scripts replacing inventory, target and progressbar
Tested placing items, targetting items, picking up items
Everything working as expected.
