Scrolls #281

I am very confused about how magic works now, I need scrolls to cast spells they say you need a scribe to make and copy spells I spent all my points before that becasue I had no idea you need it, also how am I even suppose to find scrolls I went from a charcter that had holy healing magic now I have no magic and I am basicaly ussles and have no idea where to find these scrolls if I should have started with them or anything. I understand that this is a newlyimplmet system but it feels a little bit Uncompleted or not fully thought out, hopefully it al l gets sorted out soon though. — shadowm22

Scrolls should be more obtainable once quests - #282 - are done.
