Don't report duplicate for grocery store and gas station #308

When running WMEPH on a grocery store like HEB or Sam's Club, it will report a possible duplicate for the nearby gas station. This is unnecessary IMO

Seconded. Perhaps a settings checkbox like Parking Lots.
