What would be a good channel for ISO distribution?

For 1. why not, but not so elegant in my opinion.
For 2. could be implemented as a FTP server to upload files in a folder. This folder would be served on waziup.io website.
For 3., the size of binary files that you can distribute is limited to 2Go. However, the ISO could be split.
