Change default resource visibility to private #58

I think for V1.1, it's better to leave resources visibility as public (as this is an experimental version). Moving to V2.0.

Not sure this should be done actually. This make it difficult for beginners to access their data. For instance, some teams like to see their data with their browser, such as: http://api.waziup.io/api/v2/devices/SM2222/sensors/TC If we fix the default as private, this won't be possible anymore.
