Create plate create function

• Create function to automatically create correct plate 'ibmToOt.py' -> setupPlate function currently requires to be preset/manual setting to create plate type. Can we do this automatically?
• Do we even need this? Evaporation, an issue and high probability to use 96 array 2.0 ml plates/24 vial plates
• Will need for output plates though
