general layout refactored #54

This is not the artist page layout anymore. Lourenco will fix that once my Figma wireframes are ready. This, instead, is a fix on the general layout so we don't have to put the header and footer all the time. The code was also formatted with prettier I think. I pressed Shift+Alt+F, so things might look a little different in the code but it's basically the same.

Closing this while people are still working on their tasks. It might disrupt your workflow. I will make another pull request once everyone's done with their issues.
