WTP 4.1 randomly throws the following exception:

I've had a look at the save but was unable to reproduce the issue. Could you provide more specific instructions or steps to help me see what you're experiencing?

Unfortunatly the exceptions seem random, so I can't provide steps to reproduce.

Another effect is this crash, that mostly happens during AI turns from the same savegame:

I suspect this might be more of a general issue. I'm using the original steam steam release on windows 11. It's a almost brand new top end machine with a RX 7900 XTX.

On my old (ca. 2011 vintage) machine with windows 10, WTP run much more stable. Unfortunatly that machine died recently.

On Win10 I cannot reproduce these errors. can we assume that there is some problem with the OS?
