I discovered recently that the Domestic Advisor, when set to analyze the happiness of the colonies, will not sort Total Happiness numbers above 9 correctly. It seems that the Domestic Advisor is sorting based on the first digit first, such that 10 is believed to come before 2, basically. When sorted, the Advisor will put 1, then 1, then 19, then 2, then 3, etc. I suspect that it would also put 24 before 3 for instance.
