3 years ago Bluepill-plus is available in two models, stm32f1 and gd32f3. To my knowledge, stm32f1 one can run micropython but not openmv. For gd32f3 one,neither micropython nor openmv can be run. F401/F411 board and H7xx board that are produced by weactstudio is suitable for micropython or openmv. You can have a try.
