Not connecting to IDE #5

Hi, Im trying to upload a blink code to the Weact esp32-c3, under boot mode, I tried both methods, but it is giving error message: I am able to see the device listed as usb serial device on com 4.

Serial port COM4

A fatal error occurred: Could not open COM4, the port doesn't exist Failed uploading: uploading error: exit status 2

The boards working fine , I connected to another PC and dumped a code without any issues. Now Im able to dump code with my laptop as well.
