Add T-Mobile shops data #32

This is a clean rebase of #29. We should make a node.js script to automate the JSON conversion.

Since Fairphone already has the data for all sales points (and show points), we might not need that node.js script. I hope they can provide a live database following the API.

Ps: We are in contact with Fairphone.

So, if I understand correctly, T-Mobile shops are included in the data Fairphone already has, doesn't it?

Exactly. I have no idea about the format though. But if you look at the data points in that map, you see some more attributes than we have. -- This message was sent from my Fairphone 1 with K-9 Mail.
