Host Angels YAML on the Fairphone Forum #87

In order to make the angels.json more easily editable, we should host it on the Fairphone Forum and periodically pull it in from there using Python.

Features:

YAML (should render nicely in Discourse)
Unlisted
Structure must be strictly followed

The raw post can be accessed via a direct forum link (don't remember the URL pattern atm) and can be downloaded via Python.
