Replace travis-ci with github actions #96

I've set the schedule to update once every hour. Not at xx:00 but xx:17 because github actions documentation hints at avoiding high load times like the beginning of every hour.

It seems travis-ci.org's dashboard is not accessible anymore (at least, I can't manage to sign in), so I've not been able to clean that CI configuration properly. However, I've revoked the Travis CI for Open Source OAuth authorization for accessing my account (and thus, WeAreFairphone's repositories) and I've also revoked the GitHub personal access token Travis CI used to commit to the gh-pages branch in this repo. That should avoid any possible issue with Travis CI zombie configs in the future, :wink:.

Also, if I'm not mistaken, this move revokes my kind-of-privileged control over the project, which is a good thing.
