Automatic build and deploy doesn't handle well if data cannot be retrieved from the forum #98

Today there was a forum maintenance and the build & deploy job that ran during that time slot resulted in an empty map. Reason was that the events.json and angels.json was not there in the deployed gh-pages branch.

If the datasource cannot be fetched, the build & deploy job should stop.
