Why Providing a video will be another way to introduce users to the Open Referral UK concept. Some people prefer a video to reading large blocks of text. One user also mentioned a video could be something that could be easily shared with colleagues/played during a council meeting to introduce the concept to others.

Accessibility Acceptance criteria:

Use colours thoughtfully and with good contrast: Ensure information is not conveyed with colours alone and when colours are used they are sufficiently-distinguishable. Apply this principle to any content that conveys information, like text or charts.
Use text that is easy to read: When displaying text on screen, ensure the font size is large enough and text is on the screen for long enough to read.
Avoid fast-flashing content: Flashing content should be avoided or if included due diligence should be taken to ensure it meets the three-flashes-or-below threshold. There are no more than three flashes within a period of 1 second, as this can provoke seizures in some users with seizure disorders.
Include open captions to meet WCAG Success Criterion 1.2.2 Captions (level A). The should also be:
- Synchronised - the text content should appear at approximately the same time that audio would be available
- Equivalent - content provided in captions should be equivalent to that of the spoken word
Include a transcript that not only includes what is spoken in the video, but also descriptions of actions or important information on-screen.

@chiayingt or @anandamaryon , can you please choose the final design for embedding a video on the Homepage and move it into the 'Shared for Dev' figma page (and add a link to this ticket?).

We will also need to include some text that says 'View the full video transcript including visual description' (probably below the video) that links to a basic content page.

@chiayingt thank you! No need to create a new page design for the transcript, we will just use a standard content page.

Youtube link is here: https://youtu.be/EUFhTCAydxU - can be used for development purposes but it will need to be replaced once the contractor gets back to us with an updated file.

Video uploaded: a couple of things to note - cannot get rid of the related videos been flagged at the end (could consider vimeo) may need to make a backend change so the title flows across the top as shown in design (screenshot shows appearance in website). At present the title and paragraph text are a block so we need to split them up.

Also issue in the server. Currently not loading on the server. I am looking into it.

Thank you for this. I have used this now. But does the same surfacing "more from.." at the end but a quick search suggest this be can configured on vimeo to state what you'd like to happen at the end of the video. Let's take a look at that.

unfortunately I'm not able to remove the related videos on the end on either platform, but I think we should swap out the existing one because it's hosted by the contractors account. Either youtube or vimeo is fine :)
