Currently, WYSIWYG editor (CKEditor5 for react in Strapi):

downgrades heading levels by 1 level (e.g. h1 becomes h2)
has no way of configuring a blockquote's citation (in e.g. <figcaption> in a rich text field

We have the ability to customise this editor in the CMS project code so it is likely we can customise this to provide expected behaviour
