User Story As a user, I need the website pages to have a clear and consistent content structure, so that I can find the information I need.

Hypothesis/Why A consistent structure/layout will help users find what they need

Priority High priority as this will enable realistic content testing (e.g. get feedback on webpage not a Word document)
