Extensions proposed by the English Local Government Association (LGA) and the local government OpenCommunity project to the OpenReferral standard for human services data. Schema generator code is given to express the schema in various formats. Data conversion routines to make it conform to the standard. API that serves the data in a format compliant with the standard.
User story
As the Open Referral website manager, I need data on the usage of the tools (Service Validator/Service Exporter) and what people clicked on, so that I can monitor the success of the tools and know which areas to improve.
Why is this important
To allow the future owners to know if the tools are worth investing in, and to improve the tools going forwards
To provide information for the MHCLG Monitoring and Evaluation framework that measures the success of the project
What is needed
Minimum data should be:
Number of visits to each tool (per day/week/month)
Number of times each tool has been 'run' each day/week/month (e.g. click Validate/Export)
any other clicks on page elements: CTAs, navigation etc
