Create the "How To Submit Event" page #3

@sirodoht create the How To Submit Event page on this repository.

Position in front/templates/city/how-to-submit.jade, and edit add proper routes on the city specific route file.

ETA some time next week unless we need to hurry (in which case I can start on Friday).

that's the last blocking issue before we can roll out wearetech.io on production and deprecate skgtech.io repo.

hmmm we also have the /together and /together-apr-2014 routes that we need to take care of... I'm thinking that we create a new website on the skgtech org: http://together.skgtech.io to host all TOGETHER event needs (past and present), what do you think?

The new website is a good idea. It will be like any other meetup/community as far as the wearetech.io platform is concerned, right?

No, together.skgtech.io will be a separate static site (jekyll) ... slapping it together now and will notify you
