Feature Request: Be able to toggle logs on mobile. #160

In the diagnostics report on desktop you can toggle system and error logs.

When you view the html on mobile you can't, which makes on the go checking if logs very difficult.

I'd love to see the same toggles be available on the mobile version of the HTML
