Plus panel open frequency selector doesn't display value #146

When selecting the experiment: Plus panel open frequency, the frequency selector doesn't work properly.

@manpreetssethi even if this seems to have been released I still can't set the frequency in production. Locally it works perfectly after the fix.

in staging it works properly so I really don't know why in production it is different, maybe it has not been released it yet... https://ab.wetransferbeta.net

To replicate create a new experiment and as variant select "Plus Panel Frequency" and try to add the frequency.

I thought it was released in production in this tag https://github.com/WeTransfer/Xperiments/releases/tag/r2017-11-28-1

This has been fixed with release r2017-11-28-1
