Collapsible regions with same name share open "yellow" state

Describe the bug

Opening a collapsible option highlights all similar options in an aura. only one option should recieve this active state

To Reproduce

Open an option like anchors in an aura with multiple subregions - refer screenshot above

Did you try having WeakAuras as the only enabled addon and everything else (especially something like ElvUI) disabled? No

Which version of WeakAuras are you using? 2.18.2-90-g12279576

Are you on World of Warcraft Classic or Retail?
