Unable to move mana bar or health bar

Hello,

I am a newbie, so I have no idea how weak aura works and stuff. However, I would really use some help. I've downloaded preset for warlock from Wago. I configured weak auras in the best way for me. But there is one problem. When Im trying to move or edit any bar from resources (mana, health, cast, pet health) they just don't lock at the spot where have put them. All others panes move and lock easily.
