What's changed

• Fixed error return types to allow mono bindings to work hopefully
• index and newindex now do not force the String type as the index, as this could in theory be any type.
• LuaAPI's memory usage, and limit are not uint64's rather then just a signed int32.
• Other various code base cleanup tasks
