For the life of me, I will never truly understand Git. ugh. Anyways.
This is the cleaned up version of the documentation update with references to the Wiki (proper) and with the Getting Started example rewritten in C#. I fixed a typo, and I added in useful information to the xml for the main LuaAPI functions. (added, not removed/changed.)
This should be ready to go. I even matched naming conventions for the md files.
