Changes:

Fixed bug with arguments passed to mt_Callable
Added new LuaTuple type. The type is a container for array. resolves #64
Added new LuaCallableExtra type. A wrapper class for Callable to support extra functionality. Such as passing ref or taking a tuple argument. resolves #63
Removed the lua_funcs method check from objects. lua_fields now serves both roles.
Added some more tests
