Update to Bevy 0.12

To-Do

[x] Update AssetLoader
[x] Update svg2d::RenderPlugin
[x] Update svg3d::RenderPlugin
[x] Fixes #18 SVG scaling issues (hopefully)
[ ] ~~Explore if we can register and use the 2D SVG as an UiMaterial~~
- i don't want to block the update on behalf of this, so i will take a look in another PR

[x] Update screenshots in README
[x] Update CHANGELOG
