Sometimes actions result in the banning of a user, but their other reports are accidentally left open. This often happens when a user account is created to post large amounts of spam, and is banned, but the "close all open reports" box isn't ticked.
This leaves a lot of clutter in the mod action list, which makes the situation look far worse than it otherwise appears.
It would be nice to have a feature which works like this:
Moderator triggers the "Prune" feature
The report list is scanned for unique usernames, then this list is filtered to only include users who are banned.
The moderator is presented with a summary list of these users and the number of reports affected (by user and in total) and asked for confirmation.
If the moderator confirms, all reports against these users will be closed out. Per #125 as the UAs are banned, no note would be sent to them.
