Provide an indication that a user is following you #8

e.g. deviantart's "Watches You" on the profile page, twitter's "@ FOLLOWS YOU" this could manifest as an indicator on someone's profile similar to how we change the heart icon if you're friends with someone.
Maybe as well it would be nice to subtly change how someone's avatar appears? e.g. blue border for follower, pink border for friends. Not sure how well that would fit in with site design overall.

A visual indication is good; there probably should (also) be some kind of text for the visually impaired/colorblind. What I'm less sure of is how to make that easily fit on the profile page, but I'm sure there's some way.
