open 11.1.1.1 cannot open #3

hello sir, i am tup student ， I try to connect the board via wifi but the blowser open 11.1.1.1 is cannot open.

lol this dude loves to showcase his certifications online, he even created a portal brandishing all his microsoft certifications. I think he lost his purpose to the community to which direction he's career is going.
