Patches don't match up when showing precipitation #147

That is how the data looks.

If you look at this image it's clear that we have three lines going through this small area of Africa: http://imgur.com/a/k68Fa

That can't be right can it?

It's an artifact from the file stiching that you are seeing. I can agree that there are improvments to be made in these areas of the application. One such improvement could be low pass filtering. But it is not an issue I don't think.

Is there a point to having region 13 (MENA) in our data set? Is that data not already in Africa, Europe and SEA?

Gives a bit more data in the Atlantic.
