What is this change?

• changed prettierrc "end of line" to auto
• added .prettierignore file
• added husky, lint-staged to auto format with prettier on git commit
• added lint and format script to run prettier check and write on all files respectively
• added prettylint dev dependency to show prettier "warnings" and "errors"

also run a prettier --write, so all existing files conform to our prettierrc file
