Added contact us cards section to contact page.

Were there any complications while making this change?

Styling - having difficulty moving the cards on top of the previous section as per the mockup.

How did you verify this change?

Locally.

Wondering if I can get some help with the positioning of the cards. I'm also wondering if there is a better way for the images CSS to use something other than !important, without affecting the other pages.
