What is this change?
I just removed the letter-spacing change to avoid the nav bar link flickering on hover.
Were there any complications while making this change?
No.
How to replicate the issue?
Put the cursor at the end of the link in the Navigation bar on the production website. Letter-spacing change on hover causes an infinite loop(flickering).
When should this be merged?
After reviews.
