Removal of Navbar and Changes to the Main Layout #31

Change the main layout file to make the following changes:

  1. Move the login and logout buttons from the navbar to the bottom of the sidebar.
  2. Remove the navbar and change the layout accordingly to accommodate this change
  3. Add the text "TPC" to the top of the sidebar itself.
