change the position of login-logout buttons and remove the navbar #40

resolves #31
Following changes have been made in this PR:

  1. Changed the position of login and logout button to the bottom of the sidebar.
  2. Changed the position of the text "TPC" to the top of the sidebar.
  3. Removed the navbar from layout.
