[ ] Improve create Jaf Form
[ ] Update API in jaf form
[x] Fetch the Previous jaf from backend
[x] recruiter should have updated access until the jaf is approved by admin
[x] recruiter should be able to view jobs, applications, etc.
[x] profile page for recruiter with update access
[x] view events and coordinators related to jobs
