Much like the scattered networks prior to the introduction of TCP/IP or inconsistent web standards during the browser wars of the 90s, today's blockchains are siloed and cutoff from each other, depriving the web3 ecosystem of true scale and the synergistic effects associated with such integration.
However the problems that need to be surmounted to achieve this integration are formidable, not in the least because of the explosion in new and better paradigms of blockchain designs, often based on the failure of previous iterations.
That being said there are a few low hanging fruits that we as a community can pick while pushing the blockchain foundations to adopt a new set of standards to ensure true interoperability.
It is those low hanging fruits that would be the focus of my talk, along with some suggestions regarding the possible standards that the community may consider for block chain interoperability.
