The current state of crypto is full of noise which is acting as a hindrance in onboarding new folks to the crypto world. So many projects are getting released on a daily basis and a huge range of these projects are turning out to be Ponzi schemes and Rug pulls. As a crypto native person, I understand how to analyze a new project and how to keep myself secure. But for mass adoption of crypto, we require the new folks to have knowledge of how should one be smart enough to avoid falling into traps.
With time a lot of the crypto projects will vanish, thus it becomes extremely necessary to educate the masses. Any newbie in crypto should understand how to keep their wallet safe, how to analyze Whitepapers etc. So a session on how to get crypto literacy is what I want to conduct.
State of Indian Developers in Crypto
As a Blockchain Developer from India, currently, I feel a lot of pressure as the world is expecting a lot of stuff from Indian developers specifically in Web3. Polygon has been a global success and a lot of web3 startups are picking up pace, so in this particular space, we require as many developers to build things and ship them out.
It's an educational community co-founded by me, we have been working on being the bridge of getting more folks on crypto. We went public a couple of months back and have reached 20k+ people over various social platforms. Focusing on tech as well as non-tech people. We started pushing out content for developers as well as making core concepts of blockchain easy to understand. We also picked up very specific criteria for creating Hindi Content on Blockchain Development as well to break the language barrier for Indians. The end goal is to generate more employment and to educate people leading to mass adoption.
