Title: Property Ownership in Bali Island through NFT
Description: As a breakthrough concept, NFT is still undermined as just a project for artworks and digital-only use cases. Bringing NFT to real world use cases is often difficult because real world requires bridging to the digital world, and it is an entirely different conversation.
In this 30 min talk, we will discuss about how a project in Bali, Indonesia, allows property ownership through NFT and enables us to have a hybrid centralized-decentralized model of NFT purchasing, staking, and even "breeding".
At the end of this talk, you will understand the way the project is implemented and how it bridges the digital and physical world of property ownership, and open a new horizon of how NFT can be utilized in the future.
