Transient issue, Octaga launches from X3D-Edit, but doesn't load X3D file as well

Restarting X3D-Edit fixed the problem.

I suspect file locking on Windows.

Unable to replicate problem.

Not clear why you posted this issue since you fixed the local problem and there is nothing for us to do.
